On Thursday morning down to “Movements” to confirm our passage from Cairo to Khartoum, and on to the station to get tickets to Cairo and book our places with the RTO.

Then up the YMCA tower again to see the greatest possible amount of the Holy Land in the short time remaining. Then lunch, and down to the station for the long weary journey down the little winding valleys to Lydda, and on to the Cairo train, and so through the night to Egypt.
